Comparative Rental AnalysisYou will receive a comparable residential rental analysis. This analysis will determine the market price for your property. A rental analysis compares your property against similar rental properties in the area to find the best market value.
AdvertisingProperties are listed on the San Antonio Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and internet sites such as Realtor.com, Mysa.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia.com. A professional "For Rent" sign is also placed in the front yard of the property.
Tenant ScreeningApplications received from a prospective tenant are screened through:

- Past Landlord & Rental History
- Criminal Background Check
- Public Records/Judgements Search
- Employment verification
- Income verification
LeasingWhen leasing a property to an approved tenant, we use the Texas Association of REALTORS Residential Lease Agreement which provides the following:

- Defined Rent Dues & Security Deposit Requirements

MaintenanceTenants' maintenance requests are processed efficiently and quickly to keep your tenants happy. Proper processing also helps maintain your property's value.
InspectionsUpon request, a detailed property inspection can be provided. Inspections can reveal potential repair issues, hold tenants accountable for the care of your home, and help our company become more familiar with your property.
Monthly Statements & AccountingA detailed statement on your property will be provided monthly. The statement will contain the month's activity on your investment property. It will list rent collected, management fees deducted, itemized maintenance, and your net dollar amount. Net Proceeds can be deposited directly into your account.
